    Health equity is the absence of unfair, avoidable or remediable differences among groups of people. Tackling health inequities requires a comprehensive partnership approach across the healthcare ecosystem. This includes addressing social determinants of health such as improving access to primary care healthcare, promoting education, and reducing poverty.  With the support of our leadership and the dedication of our staff, we’re committed to making a real impact for global communities. We see health equity not only as a moral imperative but also as a priority business strategy for our clients, with the potential to open up underserved markets for them and improve healthcare for millions of people.

Our 2023 highlights.

We achieved a lot in 2023, here’s some of our key highlights:

  • Advisory-wide DEI Council

    Inizio Advisory launched an advisory-wide DEI Council with cross-company and functional representation. 

  • The Class of 2033 Scholarships and Pipeline Program

    Inizio Evoke launched The Class of 2033 Scholarships and Pipeline Program, investing in mentoring and MarComms industry exposure for 11-13-year-old students, as well as students from a historically Black college or university in the US and a university in the UK.

  • Awarded three Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing awards

    • Equality 100 Award (Vynamic) Leader in LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion for 2023/2024
    • Management Today (Inizio Engage) Inizio Engage XD won the management today award
    • Mind (Inizio Engage XD) Inizio Engage XD won the mind award Workplace wellbeing index 22/23

  • DEI curriculum

    Inizio Medical developed robust DEI curriculum and deployed training on key topics such as microaggressions and leading with inclusivity.

  • Awarded five Best Place to Work awards

    • Fortune (Inizio Engage) Inizio Engage won Great place to work US, UK, Canada and Ireland as well as Fortune

    Inizio Engage launched new Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): DEI Europe ERG and Working Parents in North America.

  • Community Action Day

    We volunteered 6,134 hours on Inizio Community Action Day across 73 community projects.

  • New Global Head of DEI

    We appointed our new Global Head of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, Stefanie Christmas.
